- How long after I Refer-A-Friend will I receive my $200 referral check?
- One of our sales representatives will contact your referral and assist them with the purchase of their vehicle. Once they have purchased a vehicle from us, we will send out your $200 referral check.

- When my lease is up, do I come back to you or go to a dealership for a new car?
- You may come back to us at any time. We will be happy to assist you with your next purchase on any make and model and of course, once again, make it as convenient as possible.
- Can I get out of my current lease early and trade it in for a new car?
- Many times you may qualify to end your current auto lease and trade it in for a new vehicle but this will depend on a number of different factors. Please contact us for more information.
- Can I trade in my current vehicle?
- Yes. We deal directly with the dealership, so we can provide you with a trade in value.

- Where do I pick up my new vehicle?
- You may pick up your new vehicle at our location in Bay Shore, NY or we can conveniently deliver the vehicle and paperwork at your doorstep. The delivery is free of charge if the location is within 50 miles of our office. Any other locations beyond 50 miles will be subject to a fee.
- How long will it take to receive the vehicle I want?
- We work with a large network of dealerships and offer same day delivery depending on availability.
- Do your vehicles include the manufacturer’s warranty?
- Yes. The vehicles come directly from the dealerships we work with so therefore they all include the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Are your vehicles brand new?
- Yes. All vehicles are brand new.
